Guiseffina (Latino) DiRaffaele

Sisters Vinnie (left) and Teddy (right) with their paternal grandmother, Guiseffina (Latino) DiRaffaele, who was born on July 5, 1856 in Palermo. She arrived in New York on February 17, 1912, on the S.S. Hamburg, which sailed out of Palermo on February 3. She was accompanied by her husband Giuseppe and her youngest son, Salvatore. She died on September 24, 1945 in Brooklyn.
