This photo is one of my favorites. It pictures the three grandparents I knew during my lifetime. At left is my paternal grandmother, Vinnie DiStefano, with my maternal grandparents Sal and Mary Lascari. I think this was taken at my parents' engagement party. It's in the basement of my grandmother's (Aunt Vinnie's) house on Fillmore Avenue in Brooklyn.

If you know anything about the people in this photo, or have any memory of the event that's pictured, we'd love to hear from you! And if you know nothing at all about it, but want to comment anyway, that's fine too. We'd still love to hear from you.
